Southern Squeeze Refund & Cancellation Policy Southern Squeeze commits resources to coaching, facilities, uniforms, tournament entries, and event staffing based on player registrations. The following policy applies to season registrations, camps, and showcases unless different terms are disclosed before registration. Season Registrations Accepting a roster spot and submitting payment is a commitment to the full season. Roster deposits are nonrefundable and applied toward the total season fee. Once a player accepts a roster spot, season payments are nonrefundable, except as provided below. Payment plans divide the season fee into installments. They do not create a month-to-month membership. Voluntary withdrawal does not cancel the remaining balance. Refunds will not be issued for scheduling conflicts, changes in interest, joining another organization, dissatisfaction with playing time or position, or missed practices, games, or tournaments. Uniforms, apparel, and other items already ordered are nonrefundable. If Southern Squeeze cannot provide a player with the roster spot for which payment was accepted, payments for that placement will be refunded. Camps & Showcases Cancellation requests must be received in writing before the event’s scheduled start time. No additional administrative fee is deducted from a 50% refund. Registrations may be transferred to another eligible player with prior written approval from Southern Squeeze. Transfers are subject to age, roster, and event requirements. College coaches, scouts, instructors, and other advertised attendees are subject to change. A change in an individual attendee does not qualify for a refund if the showcase proceeds substantially as advertised. Participation does not guarantee recruitment, an offer, or a scholarship. Injuries & Medical Withdrawals If an injury or medical condition prevents participation, the parent or guardian may submit a written request for consideration of a credit or adjustment to future installments. Requests must include documentation from a licensed medical provider confirming the player’s participation restrictions and expected duration. A detailed medical history is not required. Medical exceptions are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Any approved adjustment will account for participation already provided and expenses already committed. Installments remain due unless Southern Squeeze approves an adjustment in writing. Weather, Rescheduling & Program Cancellations Player safety comes first. Southern Squeeze may modify locations, schedules, or activities because of weather, field conditions, facility availability, or other circumstances outside its control. Season activities: Individual canceled practices, games, or tournaments do not automatically qualify for a refund. Southern Squeeze will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement activities when practical. Rescheduled camps or showcases: Registrations will carry over to the replacement date. Families unable to attend may request a refund within seven calendar days after the new date is announced. Canceled camps or showcases: If Southern Squeeze cancels an event without a replacement date, families will receive a full refund. Partially completed events or seasons ended early by Southern Squeeze: Any refund or credit will reflect the portion of the paid program that was not delivered. Southern Squeeze does not reimburse travel, lodging, meals, or other personal expenses. Conduct & Removal A player removed for a documented violation of the player or parent code of conduct is not eligible for a refund of amounts already paid. Any remaining payment obligations will be governed by the signed registration agreement and applicable law. Requests & Processing Refund and credit requests must be submitted in writing to Southern Squeeze administration through the contact information provided in the registration confirmation. Include the player’s name, program or event, and reason for the request. Informing a coach alone does not constitute a submitted request. Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank processing times may vary. Credits are nontransferable and expire 12 months after issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment By registering, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Southern Squeeze Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the season commitment and any payment-plan obligations. This policy applies to registrations completed after it is published and accepted. It does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
